Easy Homemade Hemp Milk

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 6-10 drops vanilla extract
  • 6-8 drops of liquid stevia or honey
  • pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend for 60 to 90 seconds. The goal is to get it very smooth. Place contents in a glass jar and store in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

NOTES:

If you don’t have hemp seeds, you can substitute almond butter (1/4 cup). This is a very easy homemade milk recipe that can be ready in minutes!
