This is simple, nutritious and refreshing. Lemons provide a good source of Vitamin C and has antioxidants and combined with coconut water and a pinch of sea salt, it’s a great way to balance your electrolytes. This drink is much better than Gatorade to quench your thirst and hydrate your body.

1 small lemon, juiced (about 3 tablespoons)
Pinch of Himalayan or Redmond Sea Salt
Few drops of stevia (optional for sweetness)
