Portobello Mushroom Pizzas

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

 

COOKING TIME: 40 minutes

 

YIELDS: 4 servings

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 Portobello Mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Toppings of choice 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean mushrooms and cut off the stems
Brush mushrooms lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper
Cook for 30 min
Remove from oven and top with sauce, cheese, Italian seasoning and your choice of other toppings.
Return to the oven for an additional 10 min
 
 

NOTES:

Topping suggestions: arugula, parmesan, ground sausage, chicken & broccoli, peppers & onion
