Greek Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (lemon peel)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Divide the turkey into 4, four ounce flat burgers.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once, or until no pink remains and the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
