- 1 cup spinach (or other leafy green)
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 apple, cored
- ½ cucumber
- ½ lemon or lime (peeled)
- 1 scoop of clean protein powder
- 1 cup water
Optional: ice & handful of cilantro, parsley, dill – or other herb or ½ inch of ginger. Add more liquid as desired.
