Gluten Free Peach Crisp

10 minutes

Cooking time:

45 minutes

6 servings

  • 7-8 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Quarter cup almond meal
  • Quarter cup chopped almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 Tablespoons of organic butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease an 8×8 pan.
  3. Remove pit and cut peaches into bite-size pieces and place directly in pan.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Cut butter into small pieces and combine with dry mix until the butter is mixed throughout. It’s okay if it’s still lumpy!
  6. Cover peaches with mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until the fruit is bubbling or the top is crisp.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut and enjoy! Optional: Add natural vanilla ice cream or dairy-free ice cream alternative when serving.NOTE: If you want a thicker crisp topping, add 1/4 cup of gluten-free baking flour to the dry mixture.

This is a great way to use extra soft peaches. You can replace the peaches with apples, pears or another fruit of your choosing.
