Watermelon Cooler

This is simple, nutritious and refreshing. Watermelon provides a good source of Vitamins A & C, strawberries and cucumbers are good sources of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients, and coconut water naturally balances your electrolytes. This drink is much better than Gatorade to quench your thirst and hydrate your body.

YIELDS:

2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups watermelon

½ cup frozen strawberries, organic if possible

½ cup coconut water

½ cup cucumbers, peeled

Use ice if you don’t have frozen strawberries. Add a bit of raw honey or stevia for added sweetness.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender (putting softer items on the bottom)
  2. Blend for approximately 45-60 seconds or until smooth.

NOTES:
