Healthy Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled + quartered
  • 1/2 cup pure cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (can use dairy free milk here such as coconut, almond, rice, etc.)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all the ingredients into blender or food processor
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top it with fresh fruit or use as a dip and enjoy!
