Use ice if you don’t have frozen fruit and add water as needed. Add a bit of raw honey or stevia for added sweetness.
Add all ingredients into high speed blender (putting softer items on the bottom)
Put blender on low and slowly move up to high, using tamper as needed to include ingredients into blending process.
Blend for approximately 45-60 seconds or until smooth.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits and vegetables. Ideally, you want to move to a 3:1 ratio – greens to fruits. However, move to that ratio slowly and you will truly enjoy your smoothies. I like cinnamon in my true ‘green’ smoothies!
